This one is pretty simple, but why don't we do this more? A lot of us are happy to end the work week because we're stressed about work. However, imagine if your work environment is filled with the recognition of others. Wouldn't that be a type of place you would like to work? If we felt a little bit better about our work environment, wouldn't we stress a little less?
We can't change the way other people work, but we can change ourselves. When we change ourselves, others react to us in a different manner. So you might not change the whole environment at work, BUT you do change YOUR work environment. Start doing this regularly and watch your work life change for the better.
