A lot of us will be meeting up with friends and family this week, and a lot of us dread some of those conversations. We don't want to be criticized, and we don't want to have convos with those that tend to be negative. Instead of avoiding those conversations, "be the change you wish to see..." by changing the focus to what's best about our loved ones. Let's point out all the great things about them and help them remember their power.
Think about it, who doesn't want to be appreciated and noticed? Who doesn't need a reminder of the good stuff that's happening in their lives? Wouldn't you enjoy a conversation where someone was lifting you up? Do that for others and watch how your conversations become more enjoyable. Your relationships will only get better.
