It drains your energy even if you don't speak during it because it causes stress and annoyance in your mind. Change doesn't happen overnight. But if you start with small changes like this and go in with a different attitude, then you will see changes occur in the long run. Try it out.

If you are a teacher and have a meeting with a parent or a chef having a discussion on a new menu, wherever you work you are solving problems and collaborating.
